Basement Waterproofing
Most wet basements come down to one thing: water has nowhere to go but in. We build a full drainage system that collects the water and moves it out, then seal the walls so the space stays dry and usable.

Drain tile
A perforated pipe surrounded by gravel collects water from the surrounding soil and directs it to a sump pump, which moves the water away from the home. We install a vapor-barrier system on the foundation walls to keep moisture and mold down and protect future finishes and belongings. Our drain-tile system carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

French drains
A great alternative to drain tile when the grade allows: a 4" perforated pipe with a gravel filter. Downspouts are tied into the system and exit at 9x9x12 drain boxes. We also raise window wells and shape berms and swales so water stays away from the foundation.

Sump pumps
A sump pump sits in a lidded basin set into the basement floor, collecting water from the drain system and pumping it outside. We pair it with epoxy crack sealing and window-well drains so every path water might take is covered.
