What's included
Each egress kit adds a code-required fire exit for a downstairs bedroom, with a ladder, grate, lid, and window well. Where there is water intrusion, we set a drain at the bottom of the well and tie it into a drain-tile and sump-pump system so the new opening never becomes a new leak.
